Interact CEO is Guest Professor at Notre Dame
Published in Untagged by WebsiteAdminInteract’s CEO, Stephen Colucci, PhD, has been invited to be Guest Professor at the University of Notre Dame. Steve will be part of the team developing a new Masters Program in Medical Physics. The effort will involve the Physics Department, The Radiation Laboratory, and also the Indiana University School of Medicine.
“With the rapid development of medical technologies and the growing volume in the healthcare industry, there is a projected shortfall of qualified Medical Physicists in the future, “says Colucci. “The establishment of a quality program at one of America’s leading universities will be a significant step in improving future healthcare.”
Establishing the new Masters Program will require investment in new facilities at ND and new equipment. The program is expected to begin accepting students in the fall of 2011.
